APARTMENT
Spacious flat overlooking the swimming pool, an excellent alternative for those who experience their holiday from a more exclusive point of view.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, a spacious and tastefully furnished living room, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. A practical and comfortable solution in a family environment, for those who like to feel at home away from home! Try it to believe!


STOVE TOP
You will find a 3- or 4-zone induction hob in your flat.
To switch on the induction hob
- press on/off button;
- select the desired zone by pressing its symbol;
- select the desired power by pressing the + and - symbols.
In case LO appears on the display and no operation is possible, press and hold the padlock symbol for 3 seconds, the safety function will be disabled and it will be possible to use the hob again.
To switch off the induction hob
- press the on/off button;
- if you want to switch off a single zone, select it and set the power to zero using the - button.
Remember not to use the zones at full power at the same time, especially if other devices are in operation (e.g. hair dryer, air conditioner).
In order for the induction hob to work, pots or pans must contain solids or liquids, it is not possible to operate the hob with empty pots or pans.

AIR-CO/HEATING
In your flat you will find an air conditioner in the living area which operates according to the controls of a DAIKIN wall panel.
By operating the buttons, you can simply check the parameters from the display.
The functions of the buttons:

Switch the air conditioner on/off by pressing the button with the power symbol, top right;
-
The MODE button, top left, allows you to select HEATING mode (SUN symbol) or AIR CONDITIONING mode (SNOW SYMBOL);
-
The bottom left button allows you to adjust the fan power and the direction of the deflector;
-
The bottom right button is used to return you to the previous screen;
-
The round button in the centre of the wall panel is used to adjust the temperature (up/down arrows), to move the slider to the side (right/left arrows) while its central part with the arrow is the ENTER button.
The other keys are not useful for basic system operation.
In order to operate in an energy-saving manner, please
-
do not leave the air conditioning or heating on when you are not inside your accommodation;
-
ensure that doors and windows are closed when the air conditioner is running;
-
bear in mind that using the air conditioner in combination with other appliances, such as a hairdryer, kettle, etc., could lead to overloading;
-
consider that both heating and cooling of rooms require a few minutes' set-up time before the system runs at the set mode.

SAFE
The Safe is located in a wardrobe compartment in the master bedroom of your flat.
On the front door are illustrations showing the simple operation of the safe.

To set the combination
1 - Close the door;
2 - Enter a 4-digit code of your choice and press ENTER.
3 - The acoustic signal will confirm that the new code has been entered.

To open and close after setting the combination
1 - Enter the code of your choice;
2 - Press ENTER.

Caution:
1 - Do not forget your combination;
2 - Leave the safe open when leaving.

ELECTRICITY
The electrical panel is available at the entrance to your flat.
​
To avoid overloading the electrical system, we suggest that you do not use several electrical devices such as the kettle, hairdryer, induction hob, air conditioner, etc. at the same time.

TELEVISION
Our TV system includes 36 channels in different languages.
The channels listed are the only ones available, please do not change your TV settings or search for other channels.

EQUIPMENT
In your accommodation you will already find bed linen and towels, a hairdryer and clothes hangers.

Please take the following into consideration:
Should anything break, you can of course notify Reception. However, please do NOT bring broken/damaged items to Reception: simply leave them on the terrace and our staff will collect them and replace/repair them if necessary;
To facilitate the work of our staff, please do not exchange objects from one accommodation to another or at least, if this happens, restore the equipment as you found it at the beginning of your stay.

In your flat you will find everything you need to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of your stay.
- Mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and clothesline.
In addition to this, in all accommodations the courtesy supply includes:
- A welcome kitchen kit comprising a tea towel, microfibre cloth, dish sponge, a vial of dish soap and a rubbish bag;
- A first supply of toilet paper, two waste bags (one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen).

LINEN
The first supply of bed linen and towels is provided free of charge and will already be available inside your accommodation when you arrive.
If you wish, you may request a complete linen change or replacement of only the sheets or towels.
To do so, simply make a request to the Front Desk, which will charge as follows:

Change of single bed sheets + pillowcase: €5.00;

Change of double bed sheet + pillowcase: € 8.00;
-
Change of towel kit (2 pieces): € 5.00.
A towel kit includes a shower towel and a face towel.
A change of sheets always includes a change of pillowcases.

Linen to be changed should be left on the landing of the outside staircase: our staff will collect it and leave the new linen inside the accommodation.
​
Please note that the change of bedding does not include bed-making and only covers sheets, not blankets or comforters.

PROHIBITIONS
​Please note the following:
-
On the porch, plastic or wooden surfaces, and on indoor and outdoor tables, candles or mosquito coils can be lit, but it is important that these are not placed directly on the wood to prevent them from leaving burn marks or melting. It is therefore advisable to always use a protective support such as a saucer or metal saucer. In addition, it is essential that candles and mosquito coils be guarded at all times and not left burning if no one is around;

It is prohibited to use the Barbecue on the balcony and generally inside the facility;

To facilitate the work of our staff, please do not exchange items from one accommodation to another or at least, if this happens, restore the equipment as you found it at the beginning of your stay;

Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations.
